Ask yourself two questions.
The First is::

"Do I really enjoy the job that I am doing now?"

If your answer is a full, hearty, and resounding "YES! By golly, YES!!!!", then you don't have to ask the Second question.

If, however, your answer is anything other than that, then:

The Second question should be::

"How much did they pay me to give up on my dreams?"
